Ive worked in shops and have first hand experience with these customer complaints.

The person you talk to 'at the desk' literally writes what you say. It makes sense actually. Dont you want the mechanic to hear your complaint word for word... Or sound for sound?

Ive seen them all.

...Sounds like ahhhhhh
...sounds like wubwubwub
...sounds like kreekerrrkaduhhhh

Those sounds are much more helpful than you may first think.

I learned something new today. Apparently this is a German thing called a Speibecken.

As a German, I can say that I was today years old, when I learnt about the Speibecken.
Probably an Oktoberfest thing... I'm from the northern region
