Well.. in this FLM version, the progression curves are very basic and I didn't "cheat". What it means is that every driver will progress as fast as he'll decline. And when I say I don't cheat, I mean I don't change the curve once a guy as peaked.
So we have a Rosberg who had a veeeeeeeery slow "up" curve until his top level (debut in 2006, top in 2016).. and now a veeeeeeeery slow "down" curve which makes him a solid B driver.
While Kimi had a quite fast "up" curve until his peak (debut in 2001, top in 2007) and also a fast "down" curve from his peak which happened more than 10 years ago !
Theoretically, Rosberg will reach his 2006 debut pace in 2026.. and Kimi was as good as he was in 2001 during the 2013 season.
This is something that is changing for FLM 3 as I've created 100% custom curves when a guy can have several peaks during his career or loose his pace very quickly.
