Did you use the teams.txt and Names.txt from Fix Names 2022 ?
It's seems you don't use that list. (I use the Magnussen Version) to replace Mazepin.

Open f1 game open cheat engine with the fix names 2022:
Then open name changer’ then find offsets then write to f1

Sorry if it does works well for you. I have helped several friends around me and they did not have any problems even after the last Steam patch (Last week) witch does not break anything this time...
The only thing can be tricky is your local settings (I mean the game is in French here), I don't know where you lives.

You don't have to do it. Just launch Cheatengine, open to select F1 2021 DX12.exe process, Open file to load "Fix names 2022.ct".
You must launch Names and Team changer on last, with proper teams and names (txt).

its wired my menu region does not go green like the others
