We head back to the early-2000s days of Grooved tyres, screaming V10's a refuelling for our next race! The two fastest cars of the era were the Ferrari F2004 and Williams FW26, driven by Michael Schumacher & Rubens Barrichello, and Juan Pablo Montoya & Ralf Schumacher respectively. We will guide these two monsters of racing around one of the two new circuits added to the calendar that year - Sakhir! A desert track that nowadays consistently produces some of the ebst on-track racing and passing, it's time to recreate that magic with some of the fastest F1 cars ever. Ferrari or Williams? Pick your steed!

Eligibility: You must be a PREMIUM member. You must also use your REAL NAME on all RD servers and Discord, and include this in your forum profile. It is the only way of identifying who you are during an event.

Hi guys I came across this little beauty today

Really good fun

That ones would need some testing, and then some. Apparently all the different parts you can add/remove have different physics!
I really like the mods where you can "build" your own car, but it would need a lot of testing to see if is a lot of difference or not between the configs.

I did play about with the setup side of things just jumped straight in

Yup. I mean, the 70's style mod is epic, so I assume this is just as epic! It would just need testing as it's extremely unpractical to actually lock/force upgrades on an online server in rF2 sadly.

But, this is probably something for @Jimlaad43 and @Denis Betty (as it is historic) to figure out :D (see how I smoothly just put the responsibility over to the others? ehe)

I finally updated the entry list.

Has anyone else found that they spin out when downshifting too fast? I'm starting to wonder if this mod was a good choice. We'll see how tonight goes and if anyone finds a solution, or maybe I should stop being such an idiot with smashing down the gears :roflmao:
