This was a very weird one.

I actually liked the track during practice but noticed the warping once in a while. Then on to the race, the warping persisted and I quit before touching someone(I hope at least). It was absolutely unraceable.
There was nothing wrong with my internet connection nor with my system performance(nearly 200 FPS on the grid). I also immediate joined a crowded public lobby after quitting and there was super smooth with no warping. Beats me what the problem is/was. Did someone else see me warping?

I saw you warping (a little) during practice/qualy when I was close behind you. Tried to mention it on discord, but it didn’t work. Saw your message after the race start, that was a shame man, you were pretty quick!

By the way, I've notified Fat-Alfie about the starting position bug.

Looks like he's already aware of it and the problem seems to be CSP and the "Fix missing or misplaced spawn points" setting: https://www.overtake.gg/threads/thomson-road-grand-prix.131270/page-6#post-3793899

Maybe CSP is also the cause of @pcmoreno's warping issues?

Ok, that makes sense. It only affected people with up to date csp and that included me. Have now unchecked the box. Unfortunately too late now but thanks Rico, good spotting!

I'm using CSP 1.79 (the latest recommended version) and had no problems.

That's fine but if you download the latest cars they will not work properly. Also a few VR tweaks are nice to have and then there is the new rendering system which is nice to see. I do like the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" way though for reliable use.

That makes sense, I'll take a look at what version I'm using when I get home. Glad to have some insight on what went wrong though.

Well this was a race to throw away a Podium Finish and boy did i just do that..Decent pace in the Hot Hatch,decent quali,decent start after the unfortunate cock up at the beginning..Got into a quick lead...But watching @H_Belane too much in the mirror,and this bloody awful stuttering/freezing im now getting,i hit the grass spun and lost it....Regained quickly enough to follow pursuit until i i was fettled up my Chuff...Now normally @Boukâh likes to have a little tickle,but this time Our Glorious Leader @HF2000 must have felt a bit left out and so he decided to "Give It A Go",and people wonder why i walk with a slight limp..He came off worse..YEAH mess with an Englishmans Chuff and see what happens..Managed to scramble to 4th so was,nt too bad..Great racing, Hank was on fire in the Abarth,im liking the HH more and more,bring on the next 1..If any1 knows what this Stuttering/Freezing is drop me a line PLZZZZ..WD Podiums,im still coming for ya!!!...

And Content manager itself was updated to the latest version: 0.8.2663.39678 (x86)

make sure your power manage settings are high performance, everything to never or off
make sure you have limited your FPS to that of the monitor or something comfortable for your PC
monitor the CPU and GUP usage in AC
Ask some one else.

I was curious to see how much my speed and technique has changed over the year so I made a video comparing my fastest lap from this year to last year's one.

The way I am overdring the car into every corner a year ago is just so funny to me

It is sooo easy to overdrive the Mazda to get a couple more tenths,trouble is you tend to scrub double that in the process. ..I know all about that.
