F1 Quiz Game

Bahrain, Mexico, and Spain?

It was Bahrain in 2005 that's correct.
Mexico - no.
Spain? - not really.

Detroit, Malaysia and Bahrain?
Detroit - no.
Malaysia - understandable choice, but not even close :roflmao:
Bahrain - same as Johnny, you got this right.

So, one down, two to go. First to put all three right will get the chance to ask.
I will not give any clues just yet, I want to make this question last, sorry :D

Guy's get out of Spain :) and Europe for that matter.

@Johnny Russian was right on Bahrain (2005)
Jamie Fluke was right on Bahrain and on Dallas (1984)

So, whoever gets the 3rd country - wins.
Clue: But yet it is a Spanish speaking country
Clue number 2: It is a former Grand Prix
Clue number 3: all 3 Grand Prix's were held on different continents

Jordi Casademunt

And we have a winner....
1955 Argentina Grand Prix
1984 Dallas Grand Prix
2005 Bahrain Grand Prix

They were all held at the mild temperature of 40 degrees Celsius.

And Jordi passed, so I'm going to make another question :D

In the whole history of F1 there was only two occasions when the race leader lapped everyone twice. Name these occasions (GP, winning driver, year).

I was gonna say Stewart at Nurburgring in 69? But forgot that the length of the Nurburgring would make that a pretty impossible task. I wouldn't have a clue otherwise to be honest

1995 Australian GP - Damon Hill
The other I think was from Stewart.

Edit: 1969 Spanish GP

You are correct. Again I'm reminding you that you can either ask or pass.

Edit: Jamie, that's indeed a pretty impossible task :). Plus he didn't win that in 1969 in the first place :D

Meanwhile, I'm out of here for today. If it turns out that I'm not online tomorrow then I wish you guy's all a very Happy New Year.

I also had this feeling.

Rokas Charlapavicius I will ask.

When was the last time that the three men in the podium were from the same nation? (e.g. imagine that Vettel, Hulkenberg and Schumacher finished on the podium once). Also tell me the nation and the three drivers.

complete guess, but Hamilton, Button, and Coulthard? 2008 season? Great Britain.

if not i would still guess that the nationality is British, given how many good British F1 drivers there have been over the years.
