As much as I like the designs I can't see it happening. There are still enough things that make it doable to distinguish two teammates, even though I have to say that having the rear wing end plates in the driver's national flag would help massively.
No idea if the guys complaining about the Ferrari livery have noticed but this year's car has an awful lot of non-red bits already.
This only strengthens my opinion that it was an excellent decision to change the color to red.
They changed from red to blue (For a brief moment)
We all know personalised cars won't ever happen, but I wouldn't call it sacrilege changing Ferrari red to a more personal design.
I would. It's called an opinion you know.
So Ferrari changing to blue for that race was sacrilege?
We are talking about, and this thread is about, modern F1 cars. And modern Ferrari F1 car is mainly red. Changing it to something else would be a sacriledge in my eyes.
Now you just have to deal with it because I've had enough with you.
But only if know each helmet design. For me at the moment I miss the car numbers to be better visible. This is an excuse to repaint F1 cars, but it does not make much sense.
Seriously the helmets are quite visible and you can tell who's driving which car at a glance.
