Arms, yes, could be (untested, but I think yes).
Steering wheel, uhm, technically yes (hex-edit the chassis model and nullify the part for it). But I doubt more than three or four people would probably know how to (I could do it, I'll think about it, no promises, no priority). All teams or specific one? (The more the lower the request's priority )

I'd like a mod to make keyboard inputs gradual:

- When you press/release the inputs it should gradually increase/decrease the input from 0 to 100% (maybe 0,5 seconds delay) so you won't spin/lock the wheels
- This is not the same thing as traction control, because you can still spin wheels if you keep accelerating
- This feature would allow keyboard users to manage how much input they want, by simply tapping the desired input faster or slower
- The only inputs that need this feature are throttle, brakes and steering
