Why? You could also just adjust the AI setting to 0 for the Quali and change it back for race.

Like... how refreshing would it be if you had the choice between a male or female race engineer, or have the voice of an actual race engineer in one of the teams.

The only mod i know which is somewhat like that is changing the engineer back to jeff from last year's game. I like the idea of this
