Well done on the win Dave.
I was surprised how well i got off the line to lead from the 1st corner. Apologies to anyone who hit the back of me in several corners, i was nervous of the car and was slower than i could have been in some of the corners until i got the feel for the car and set up i was using. 1 more lap Dave and your fuel would have cost you !! Darnit lol. I can safely say that was the best result i probably will have for a long time.


To answer you Craig, i am still learning and enjoy racing with people i pretty much have confidence in giving a clean race, so i am happy to take part in any F1 2010 events and lessons on the go, in any shape or form.

My first RD race win :bang:

I have to apologise to Roger for running into the back of him on lap 1, I made sure I let him go after it. A good clean race as far as i could see and good fun as well, i managed to get through the whole race with only 1 pit stop, that has to be a first for me . my fuel light was on with 2 laps to go so i just cruised to the end but i could see Alan starting to catch me up and wasn't sure whether to push or cruise so i did a bit of both and the car started to splutter on the long back straight but luckily i still made it to the end.

To answer Craig's question about the dwindling numbers it might be a better idea to run one off races on a Sunday night.

Well thanks for the race peeps. Qualified last place as usual for me. Finished last out of the finishers.
JamesScotland pinched my car at the last minute, & I ended up in the Williams, which my camera mod wasnt set up for, so I had a totally wierd view that I wasnt used to, & also no hud, only the minimap. Yet with this I managed to get my best ever race time of 1 min 35 summat...

Also it was noticably different from single grand prix mode which I have been practising, & I was able to get turn 1 most times, which I usally keep messing up in single GP mode!

& thankyou to the host for hanging around after he destroyed his car lol.

God knows what happened with the car, i didnt touch a thing, sorry if i ruined anyones qualy, didnt exactly cover myself in glory a couple of times. I should have a few beers before racing more often, an unexpected invite and my best ever result, could have sworn i was second, maybe i dreamt going past sziszfusz

possibly something wrong with my internet. took the lead then shot off, all of a sudden jake appeared in front of me at the hairpin and i ran into him and spun out. nothing much happened til after i pitted and retook 4th then everyone else pitted and i was sitting in "1st" as far as my ps3 was saying, then i passed jake who had spun at the same hairpin on lap 11 and then it booted me. very bizarre. it gave me a chance to watch the saints get up though so cant complain.
