Pulled out a lap in the high 39s on the hards to grap pole.

Race
Hard tyres took time to heat up and the difficulty caused a spin at turn 3 with the high fuel load. That allowed dany thru to the lead. He kept me company until his stop on lap 14...which put him onto the hards.

I then cruised around until the last few laps where i turned the boost up to get another set of 39s.

Thanks to the host, and to those who turned up.

I gotta say sorry to the Force India driver, i know i held u up late on and i think u were fighting the williams...i had a lap stuck in seventh gear

best we could do in terms of pole posision is a group of 6 through quick games.
i dont use aids but i dont have ne problem with racing agaist them turned on, my lap times compare with those who use them so if we get to the end of the race with more cars closer to each other im happy.

Well done Ibrahim I just cant get your levels of grip and your gearbox settings must be perfect to get 1:39:--- is an Superb time Congrats you are the man to beat. I recived a 5 place penalty in Quali for no slwing on yellows so I started in 6th place and came on throgh to take a 2nd
Me and Lars was battling it out thought id never catch him but he went wide in Corner 3 leaving the door open for me and my Renault to slip through then the pressaure was on I managed to build up a lead over lars to loose it in the same corner just a little wide bringing lars back up behind me this was about laps 32/38 after yet another lead pulled out over 3rd place It passed the last 15 laps like a time trial no one seen infront or behind I can only sumise that you slowed down or pitted any ways A dam Good race Well done all that entered that race

I went on options 5 Laps too soon, and you started gaining every sector. I recon I had a better change getting another fresh for the last 15 as I was all over the place.
Prolly more to do with fetigue on my hand. Getting old lolzz

OMG!!! BRILLIANT RACE!!! Brilliant experience!!!! Wanna do it again right now!!!!! I'm so buzzing for my first ever time online and for doing so well in my eyes. Paulus really pushed me for about 5 laps i think and finally got past me on about lap 21/22 then all of a sudden Richard Emery was on my gearbox for a few laps on a better strategy of using the prime tyres first (crafty) and well i had no answer on worn primes so the outcome was inevertable really but i made him work for it lol. Third place but only 8 secs behind will do me proud though! Am well happy! Gonna get as many people as i cant to do this sorta thing. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

Sorry if i sound like i'm overdoing it a bit lol. ROLL ON NEXT WEEK!!!

Congratulations to the Podium-Drivers.

Was a good race, but not so much fun for me, thanks to a difficult set-up which i chose before the race.

My start was bad, but i was fifth after Turn 1 & 2. But then i was surprised by the heavy fuel-load and messed up Turn 4. I thought i could brake later because i was starting with the option-tyres. After that i found it absolutely difficult to find my race-pace. Took me about 6 or 7 laps to get into rhythm.

As my lap-times were improving my tyres were finished and i had to fight until i had my pit-stop on lap 10. Afterwards the primes were better to drive but the race was well out of hands. Maybe better luck next time.

One word about the overlapping-process:
It was my second online-race where i was driving in the back of the field. I always tried to get out of the way when i realised that there was a faster car behind me. What in my eyes is really a big problem with F1 2010, that they are showing the blue flags quite late. As an overlapped driver you always take care of the mini-map and you are trying to identify if the car behind you is a faster car, or if the car is fighting for position with you. Sometimes you realise it by the pure speed the faster car is approacing behind you. But one time during the race i was pulling to the sinde, because i thought it was a faster car, but it was the car directly behind me so i gave up a position to him.

I really hope that they will fix that problem and that they will show the blue-flags earlier so you can choose the place on the racetrack, where you can let him safely pass you. So that you can drive more tactical.

But anyway it was much fun again and i will be there next week. Wish all of you a good night!!!

couldn't really hook up any kind of lap all race, hunted wayne for a while then lost it, had a good fight with george then lost it got past him again then lost it lol

Clive you were really fast man, good job and nice trick of yours in 2nd sector. However, if you asked me there were to many incidents in this race. I dont mind people touch you a bit, but seeing another car steering fully into you and taking you along for no reason is really frustrating. Especially on a straight line when you see the other car fully steering into you. It didn't happened once, but multiple times. Even in the last lap where I was luckily far enough in front of second guy. However, I can forgive that last lap error, because I heard that there is a blue flag bug where people see it to late.

Last week, the race was very clean and fair, but this race for me looked like a 3 lap sprint race online. And you know how that goes! I will try next week, because many of you are great to race with. Hopefully it will be better then...
