So far 1 server is enough (1 room can host about 12 ppl, right?). And if there are more there are at least 2 or 3 guys who can host as well

@Matthew: since you will be hosting the first 2 events, just set up a room for a single race according the format. Invite everybody and set up the room again after the first race. If you setup for 2 events at once, it is impossible for new people to join.

I leave trackchoice on you, but be nice with the boys
