F1 2019 F1 2019: New Gameplay Footage

F2 cars, F1 cars, street circuits, night racing - the new in-game footage from F1 2019 has plenty of exciting things to show us ahead of release next month.

New for 2019 will be the very first inclusion of the Grand Prix supporting F2 series within the title, and as such fans of the franchise are keen to see how these powerful open wheel machines have been replicated within F1 2019.

Initially featuring the 2018 season, with the 2019 edition to be added to the game as a free update later in the year, the F2 car is an interesting new aspect to the title and looks likely to be quite a different driving experience than is the case with their bigger brothers, the 2019 Formula One cars.

With the top three drivers from F2 last season having moved up to Formula One for this year, it has never been a better time to include this type of content within a Formula One game - hopefully to the benefit of the players who engage with F1 2019 when it releases next month.

As well as the new content, Codemasters also claim the upcoming release benefits from improved graphics over the previous iteration, including improvements to the lighting system and further performance refinements... why don't we take a look at this new footage in action and judge for ourselves...

F1 2019 is set to release June 28th 2019 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

if you don't like it, don't buy easy!
I don't think I willget it for full price, but when on sale I probably get it , like the idea of creating my own team, although it looks like there are huge limitations to the system

also bahrain looks rather nice,
needs a bit of tweaking, but looks cool!

Certainly look very impressive on 2019 night time. I havent bought a F1 game since back, back, BACK in the Days but might get this for the funzies.

This Temporal Anti-Alasing methods are killing the games visuals... every game that has this method, has visual problems in term of blurriness and some weird shadowing, F1 , ACC , some of ubisoft games, etc...
at least from what i see , f1 2019 is a little better than f1 2018 in term on anti-aliasing

But not by much.

Yep, for me, too much fog...I don't like this...I hope this can be turn of in settings...

Why do the videos have messed up tone mapping? I guess it's an ambient / volumetric lighting attempt, but tonally it's a mess...

... then Auto Toned in Photoshop...

Tone mapping,is forced, this loses the resolution of texture in hd of the cars and circuit in the replay, like the televisions that we had in analogics of the 90s ... false illumination effect descalibrado, but worked well the night until now ...

Well, about the bahrain footage , actually Bahrain at nights is exactly like this even in spring , you always see a thick fog everywhere that has a light source , but if that fog in this game is present in every tracks is not normal

Codemasters DEV's thought, people complain about our blurry images, so lets introduce some fog to cover it up.. great idea!

it's not blurry on consoles, which is main platform for them

Whatever... If they release in August (yet) again, they are not getting my money.
It's joke, really.
Fans are eager for a new season to start. They want to follow real races and do their "virtual" bit.
Why on earth release past half-season, when all AC mods are set and happily used?
Have they ever thought on preparing new 3D engine during winter, get their scans during testing period and adjust teams performance on the fly.
Pure and sad stupidity.

I believe it will be released at the end of June (27th) this time instead of the end of august , but i also believe it's still late
