Hey mate, you could maybe search on youtube, there are many great videos, the f1 2018 vids are also applicable to f1 2019!

Is there a mod that provides such an opportunity?

Second question is, I will just play this game for only for its atmosphere, so can I play it by not going deep with car settings? Is there a difficulty setting?

There is no season mods for F1 2019, as the game does not allow you to change driver names. For F1 2014 you can find some such mods and for F1 2017 you can find a 2005 mod (though I can't recall if an update broke the mod or not).

There is difficulty settings between 0-110 in F1 2019 so you should absolutely be able to adjust it to be fitting
