F1 2016 F1 2016 to Release on Mac April 6th

British game developers Codemasters have confirmed the very popular Formula One 2016 game will be releasing on Mac this April 6th, courtesy of an arrangement with Ferel Interactive.

Already available on multiple gaming platforms including Linux and mobile devices, Codemasters have once again utilised the resources of fellow British games company Ferel Interactive to bring their most complete Formula One game to date to a brand new platform. With Ferel specialising in bringing games to Linux and Mac, the "new" game should be released with minimal issues following the PC and console release having received several patches post it's August 2016 release date.

Formula One 2016 is available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Linux and mobile with Mac to follow in a few days time.

I can't see how releasing a F1 game a year late or thereabouts is a great marketing ploy unless they have basically had in the can and have found it too buggy until now.

I have to say why bother surely anyone who has a Mac will have either got this on consul or PC an decided to use the MAC for stuff other than gaming.

Not a fan of Apple (wife loves them) but apart from the heap of junk called Windows 10 everything about a PC makes it more suited to gaming.
