the problem is i have 0 budget i cannot buy any racing wheels etc i use keys to drive em even in f1 2018 i use keys .

Buy a PS3 controller, then set the controller key in XPadder, enjoy.

I don't use wheel either, but am able to be on par with the AI's in hardest difficulty. Some grip mods could be sorta manipulation I believe.

the problem is i dont have much free time maybe an hour or 30 mins max i just play the game from time to time (simply)

To be fair, i wasn't very satisfied with how my BWT Mercedes become, so i decided to create a new Monster Energy Mercedes for my personal career mode in 2014 Lotus chassis. The chassis isn't one of the best looking, but i'll try my best to make a cool car. Then, i'll try to make a BWT Alpine later.
