change the tier in the database file, and change the values in the ctf files for each car for each track (this is a very time consuming process)

prema: replaces ferrari, 1992 ferrari
hitech: replaces red bull, 1992 ferrari
mclaren is ART but the livery is unchangable/even if you put it, it will show the livery that is there(i have the 1992 mod by skyfall installed and i am making it f3), so art livery in mercedes and based on williams 1992
trident: replaces toro rosso, 1992 williams
hwa: replaces sauber, williams 1992
mp motorsport: replaces marussia, 1992 williams
jenzer: replaces caterham, williams 1996, not 1992
charouz: reoplaces williams, williams 1992
carlin: replaces lotus,williams 1992
campos: replaces force india,williams 1992

you can search for car liveries and see the sponsors on it. it's okay to drop a few.. I always do that with my real f1 liveries..
