F1 2013 Season Mod (W.I.P)

Graham, I think u should close this thread until the mod is released. There are only questions about release date and other stupid messages.

It's getting towards that point ....... I am trying to avoid it. This is part of the reason that personally I am not a big fan of W.I.P threads. Though I understand that people want to talk about what they are doing, and how they are doing it.

Maybe it is better to make W.I.P. section in F1 2012 Mods and place there all W.I.P. threads, so people could discuss the upcoming mods there.

There is a general W.I.P thread that has been around for ages, it's a big one.

Even if you had a W.I.P section, users will still go there and say "when will it be ready?" etc.

As far as I am aware, and providing I am remembering correctly, at the time when the F1 2010 game was released on the older looking forums, WIP stuff wasn't allowed to be posted I think.

It needed to be finished MODS only. It is noticiable too that back then because of this there used to be a lot less in the way of sniping/anger whatever you want to call it.

The "I want it now" or the "Why don't you do this now" brigade was fairly non-exsistent back then.

Perhaps re-visiting 2010 as regards to the non allowance of WIP threads may infact be a step forward, as I'm pretty sure this would cut the workload for moderators and hassle to modders by at least half, and the forum for this particular title might return to being a civilized place to generally hang out for mods/info etc etc.

I understand you perfectly (like a native ), but I doubt that would ever happen, though personally I do not know the full specifications of our current CMS software and the feasibility/practicality of the suggestion.

Wow. Just Wow. It's people like you that are ruining this thread. They are making the mod for you and you are just sitting here complaining and saying that you can do it in a couple of hours. They are taking time out of their lives just for us and you're complaining. If you want to do it then what are you waiting for?

Graham Laing I do not agree with your decision. It was actually meant as a joke. I think not everyone likes those jokes and i have to apologize for that. But there are so many other people asking everyday: ''When is the release?'' and they never got a warning....

I don't know if its possible for the author to remove the comments just like this one im writing, and just focus on Real comments of people helping and the authors updates, not 34 pages of arguing and pointless questions.
