This League version had the suspension physics rebuilt complete using Kangaloosh! and so works perfectly with RealFeel as Martin mentioned.

ok need to reinstall realfeel then but it has let me down so many times i'm not feeling that comfortable....

It doesn't work with some mods - not because of a fault of RealFeel - actually a fault with the building of the suspension files in the mods.
