MOD Installation.
To join this event, you need to download the custom mod above. Both track (install first) and mod (install second) must be installed to join the server.

Notes:

• Chatting of any kind during Qualifying and the Race is strictly prohibited in the chat. There is no need to say sorry/thanks/pitting/leaving pits/etc. Anything that needs to be said can wait until after the session.
• If you feel you were wronged in any way during an event and wish to report the incident, simply send the event organiser a private message. Please include a description of the incident along with a video. If you are unable to create a video, please include details such as who was involved and where the incident happened with a timestamp. Do not post reports/accusations in the thread itself - negativity and anger gets us nowhere.
• We encourage all our drivers to use Teamspeak 3, download here. Talking directly to your fellow drivers increases the fun and the ability to share information in an easy friendly way. It will improve your driving skills dramatically, Log in here

I'm going to try the GTR today but battled with it a bit. Not nearly as fast as you with GTR on Midohio

I'm going to try the GTR today but battled with it a bit. Not nearly as fast as you with GTR on Midohio

I don't know how many laps I had around Mid-Ohio in that car, so a lot was down to practice, but the interesting part will be: How low do you run your downforce. I hope for a lot of drafting.

WOW this car and track combination is awesome! Still a bit twitchy on some parts but most of the track is just pure speed.

Noted the server is up and managed to download and install the mod but can't join the server after that

It just says "server connection failed" I tried the Racing Club password.

Yes I have the same problem, so it should be a server problem. Build is correct.
/edit: I did a short offline race and noticed that, if you overtake outside the inside line in the banked corners you can get a penalty for cutting the track. It does not happened always, but we all should be cautious to avoid stupid penalties.

Are you able to overtake at the bottom, below the line? Haven't tried this is SP as I just stuck behind the AI and passed on the straight.

Guys, the server had a reboot, so all hosted games were reset. I created a new MOD v2.0, so please uninstall the v1.0.
The server should be up and running.

Also maybe try this link to get the mod.
