I almost certain that this is going to be for Race 07 and possibly for rFactor as well? that is what i'm assuming seeing that this thread is in the Race 07 Mods section.

Thanks for all the comments. This Mod is for rFactor and Race07. And we would like release the Mod with the Template.
But first we must finish this Mod. it's a long way.
