I might just spend the whole race with my foot flat to the floor since the cars sound so epic.

Sure we may have to stop, the pit speed is outrageously quick though. A good stop gets you in and out pretty quick.

I am 2ish seconds off your pace in the M1 Toby. If I really pushed, I am sure I can get that down. I think I am going to have a go with some other cars.

Really looking forward to this race.
Yeh I did that time with the M1. The Capri is about a second slower but uses up tyres much slower. The Porsche is the only other competitive car - the other two just aren't fast enough. You might be able to no-stop though, so it may be worth it.

Well, not a bad result. Beat my PB in qualifying, and was trying to get into the 32s in the race but missed out by 3 tenths. As it happens, even with all my PB sectors added together, it would only have been a 33.0 according to Ryan.
Was looking forward to a battle with Chris but he failed, lots, which was a shame.

Quali: A little way off my PB which I would of beaten if I didn't spin on my final lap. P6 on the grid.

Race: Made a good start and got past Daniel before turn 1. Avoided Ryan's spin and then Erik's incident with the wall in the final turn to finish lap 1 in 3rd. Chris dropped back and Evan caught me up. We had a good battle for a few laps till Chris pulled away and then had a few incidents. Therefore Evan and I were battling for a good 15 laps or so for 2nd place. Toby was way off in the distance and those behind were dropping back. We entered the pits together and that's when it all went wrong. My mechanics decided to work on Evan's car and not mine so I had to queue as I didn't have enough fuel for another lap, which cost me just over 30 seconds. Came out of the pits behind both Daniel's and just ahead of Ryan. I got past Daniel Ouff but Ryan closed in and got past pretty easily. I followed him for several laps but then he got just a bit too far ahead for me to get a slipstream so I slipped back. Daniel blew his engine on the penultimate lap which promoted me to fourth at the finish but I know if it wasn't for the issue in the pits, I would of challenged Evan for 2nd. :frown:

Thanks guys for racing :)
