Unfortunately you can't edit it. Or atleast no one has been able to work out how to. I was able to use an old version of the file from before they removed vettel, as well as changing a few other files to re add him for 2023. Your best bet to readd him for 2024 would be to replace one of the unused f2 or f3 drivers with his photo.

I am too lazy to read if its already been asked, but will this ever be remade to work with F1 Manager 24?

It's such a shame to not have Vettel's face or driver picture anymore, it really toy's with me in an immersive way. Only wondering if you can or can't.
