hi sorry new to F1 22 I copy and pasted the Alonso helmet I can set up career and see the Helmet looking fine in the menu
but after I select team it crashes when I advance. it must be the Helmet as I have no other mods installed could anyone help me find a solution thank you

Hamilton is kind of meh. :/ It's too "Lewis" like, lol.
try it with another helmet. if it stays the same, start a new career/avatar etc. I worked for me with all helmets.

hi sorry wasn't suggesting the helmet mod was the issue more the game itself i can install liveries for myteam and player avatars etc its just whenever i mod the helmets my game crashes. would you know of any solution? thank you

As you can see, the color is not right.the helmet with number's color is correct but helmet wing's color is not correct and the helmet without number's color is not correct. Russell, Leclerc and Hamilton's helmets have the same issue, can u fix that?

I'm not sure. It looks fine in my game. Have you tried adjusting the gamma or color settings in the game? All the helmets are sRBG so they should be exactly the same as the original helmets ingame. Also, if you are using e.g a 4K monitor, it can cause this. If you are driving a silver car, like this in the picture, too much reflection can also cause it to look like this. So first try to adjust the lighting settings in game, if it doesnt work try your screen/PC settings.

it should be darker. try adjusting the lighting settings (gamma etc) ingame. If you have ever modified the original "fom" helmet's colors, go back to the original settings, this might be caused by that.
thats strange. are you sure you copied both folders content to your game directory? also, have you done any modding on helmets before? You could try installing them while you are offline, so it wont cause a cloud sync problem.

well, I tried to change the gamma(my gamma in the game is 100) and doesnt work and then I tried to use another car like redbull, mclaren and Ferrari nothing happened, and I dont use 4K monitor. so Im pretty sure that was not my pc or game setting cause the helmet's color is not correct.
