I think Orange is the problem. All with hop on level3 router have problems. On the Orange forum there are complaints about ping problem in rocket league.
I had contacted them but as usual, no problem for them...

That could be the case, but our statistics are not brilliant yet and intermittent problems are always a pain to cure. Level 3 are big, and I'm guessing a very large number of routes to any given host will use their kit. (NB: I don't think Orange have any actual link with Level 3 - do they?)

Yes they are. Level 3 rents a lot of links in europa. And Orange is notre just an ISP but one of the main network provider in the world. Anyway I dont have the problem anymore, maybe it is fixed

Just tried again, 29.9MB/s and it was accelerating but the file was already downloaded XD
Seems to be the same path as usual

I expected to be lucky like mike, but I have to say that I'm still having that issue.

I'm using Jazztel which is an Orange company here in Spain.
Now I'm downloading Le Mans for AC and I get minus than 200 KBps. I have 300Mbps of bandwidth. I went to speedtest.net, selected one of the London servers and got over 300Mbps both down and up.
