I think they should restrict the size of the engineering teams too. If every team had the same amount of engineers it would help reduce the advantage of the large companies who have thousands of people working on their problems. It could also open up the engineers to being followed like drivers are followed.

Yes technology grows year by year and we know to much thanks to computers. But without them this site would not be here now would it.

Simpson the makers of seat belt's or a person. I read he once had a broken a belt and put a bolt into it and carefully snuck it past inspection.

Sadly the pit stops tend to determine the race more than on track speed. Its about what tires you run and when you change them. The whole it's to difficult to pass thing is just making drivers back off rather than put pressure. Few drivers hang on. Like Max Verstappen yes he gets a lot of penalty's but hes a real racer and wont back off without a fight.
