I thought the same Kimmo, not sure if same incident but a Cupra was spinning on its nose on the mountain, no way to avoid, then after the race I thought of this for some reason, I'm sure it's connected

When I came through he was already "nose dancing" on the barrier ( I hope he didn´d fall into the valley beneath) so track was clear. The joys of starting behind....

Spent most of the races wondering how Ernie and Jason had their pace in the Audi - couple of laps at the end and had a eureka moment on the mountain ...having said that, been yrs since I've done Bathurst, now I know why it'll be yrs before the next one

Thoughts about the car combo - wouldn't like it again tbh (although I like both cars!), I think the differences between them are too great in the wrong areas, if that makes sense?

Glad you 'enjoyed' it. I too think there is too big a gap between the two cars. Although Jason and Ernie gave some a good race.

Yep, that was me, clipped the right wall at the crest of Skyline which turned the car left, I tried to correct it which spun me right into the wall before the next right turn, I just sat there waiting for Kimi to gently push me in the right direction. Next thing I knew I was spinning around more than Kylie Minogue on a fairground ride! I was dizzy after that and even with only 10% damage it wouldn’t steer correctly so called it a day. Glad it didn’t ruin anyone else’s drive though.
I am still thinking about using the Cupra and the other cars on server 7 for some sort of a Britcar/ VLN race. I’ll get something set up after my holiday and discuss with Colin about a date when to run it.
Finding the right day of the week seems to be the key into getting the numbers but I enjoyed the car none the less ( until Skyline).
