Yep. However, when opening it with the PSSG editor, it can't be modified (but not when it is with a image).

What program are you using? I know I tried paint.net, and Photoshop, 1 of those 2 worked

I never did that in the mod, I focused on the original view. Maybe also an edit in the .dds file Cuz that view won't work with our car
