WIP BTB default track width in meters (or feets)

Hallo. I am building a real life RBR stage and cant find any clue about width values. There is only track width multiplier (value 1) and no mention how wide it is converted in meters?
Does anybody knows?
Lets say i need to get 4m30cm wide value in multiplier... but i need starting value.

I didn't use width parameter (cause is a multiplier, as you said). I use Track Surface Properties. There, in Shape mode, you can specify width of track (road and shoulders) or a piece of track.
