May be this weather simulation is useful. The parameters of our race are filled in.
The 240 minutes for the race session is intended because of time scale = 2.

This is awesome! Gives you a bit of a clue on what the chances are and be ready for them.
Understanding that being random, you might always get dealt a scenario that only happens 1% of times

Yeah, can't know for sure till raceday. That's the wonderful thing about probability: anything could happen at any moment. For instance, it could be raining and still be racing on slicks, just like Snetterton, or a full dry race
