rFactor 2 Racing Club event
I have seen/had the error message before that Rockracer mentioned.

I thought my client was updated, but I received a message when joining the server that I was unable to download the server update ?.

My PC is now doing its 3rd Rf2 update.

Such is life. :)

I have checked my file validation, all ok there.

has the server had a password change ?

We will race the Lada next week.
Hopefully we will all have our rF2 working by then.

Thanks to everybody who signed up for this. A touch tricky but I really love the car.

Next week will be a lot easier with plenty of close racing. :)

If that wasn't the hardest car to drive that I know. And so fast! And on this not easy track. Respect to all! And to all those who drove the car in the real world. I really got to know the car during the first race. I thought I was pretty good at training, but then I saw your times. Really impressive. That's why I'm very happy with my result. :)

Thanks for the organisation. I like old cars and hope for more events like this.

Thanks buddy, we aim to please. :D

Seriously though, these old cars are very different to drive than the modern stuff. And you're right, the RL racers had balls of steel racing these cars. Hard to drive and lethal in a crash - respect to those guys.

I'm glad that you seem to have caught the bug. I just think that challenging cars are even more rewarding when you get it right. So I'll do my best to keep interesting and varied combos coming. Hope you find them fun and continue to join us on track.

See you next time.
