rFactor 2 Racing Club event
Paul says delete CBash and Shaders, do integrity check and just reboot windows
Maybe make sure you are generating a trace file.
Always the first 3 things I do when this happens. I'm assuming you're not getting any error messages, just closing down.
If it keeps doing it can you upload the trace file please.

OK, that was difficult. And the track didn't make it any easier. The first race was an exercise for me to do better in the second race. That worked. I'm looking forward to the next combos.

Great event!

Holy crap, that was a white-knuckle ride. Yes, talk about 'seat of your pants' driving! I do believe that was officially the most difficult race I've entered to date. Those cars felt like they were on ice down the entire track. I commend you guys on your bravery and skill taking those blind, late apexes on those hills at full speed.

Nice job to all the drivers. I can't believe I made it through the first race without spinning or major incident, and only went off track twice on second race. Driving slow as hell compared to the rest, but I consider this an achievement.

During the practice sessions leading up to this, I just could not control that damn car. I was even thinking about dropping out. However, I must say, Denis' setup helped A LOT to make the car more stable, giving me the confidence to pick up the pace and stay with it.

Thanks guys for having me, and my apologies if I threw anyone off their pace as they were attempting a pass.

I swear, every time I saw a car coming up on me in my rear view mirror I gulped and felt myself getting tense worried that we were both going to wind up in that damned river.

A 1988 Porsche 944, she needs a little bit of TLC but the base is good, she need a timing belt, tires and some other mecanical thing. The body doesn't have rust but need work and its the same for the interior,

I used to have one of those...! Two in fact. Loved that car. Wish I could find another one. Beautiful lines and SO much fun to drive, and perfectly balanced with transaxle in the middle. Just be careful about the clutch, it's a mother to change. You need to drop the suspension to get to it.

Have fun.
