sorry for leaving. went too early on to the wet tires and Destroyed them. Also im not the greatest driver in the wet, but hats off to hartnell for braving the wet on slicks, anyone who manages that is insane.

Lost by 12 seconds, I bet if I'd not backed off twice to let the battlers on wets to un-lap themselves (not their fault, they were being gracious and I didn't want to slow them down), it would have been extremely close.

I learnt a hell of a lot doing the whole thing on slicks, but very happy with the second step simply by staying on the black stuff

Yep, and if you save it under \temp I believe the game will automatically overwrite it at some point (provided you enable replay saving)
