check the anisotropic filtering settings, I once had them accidentally reset to 0, and had the same problem on some tracks. for the test set it to 16 and check.

I have mine set to 16 with graphics card with override all settings, seems to work for me, CM also 16

I had anisotropic filtering on 8, put it to 16, it works !
