Once the version "F1 cars 3D view" of the mod is installed, go to your game -> F1 life tab -> supercars -> Put cars in Garage 1, Garage 2, etc

In the file you have downloaded there is the following files :

Open the file "3 - F1 cars", inside it there is a file named "2022_asset_groups" that you have to copy/paste into your F 11 folder.

Then launch your game, go to F1 life menu -> Supercars and select the F1 you want.

Additionally, you can do the same for the file "4 - No characters no furnitures" if you want to remove those items from your menu.

Do not forget to backup your files first.
