how would one delete this mod?

ok I'm having a strange issue and don't know what could be causing it....

I have the base SERP files, the career helmet template and myteam package template.
I've dowloaded a compatible SERP helmet and livery, and those look fine in game......but somehow I can't bring up the menu between sessions with these files installed. Pressing triangle on my wheel or F2 on the keyboard does nothing, I can hear the "bip" sound when I press the button but no menu pops up, can't change the AI level or season settings, nothing.

If I close the game, verifiy my games files to get back to the vanilla one then those options work fine. Tryed installing only the base file and nope, again the menu between sessions doesn't work

how would one delete this mod?

on ea APP, go to the F124 game --> manage -- > Repair
on steam,

1. Open your Game Library on Steam.
2. Right-click on your game.
3. Select Properties from the menu.
4. In the Properties menu, select 'Local Files' from the left-hand panel.
5. On the Local Files page, select 'Verify integrity of game files'
6. Steam will then verify your files. ...
7. Once Steam is finished, a box like this will appear.

Something's wrong with the newest version of the game, If installed I'm losing like 15kph on every straight and 5 tenths on first sector at bahrain with AI in career mode.
