So it's wet conditions, you have wet tires, but you see it being dry? Or is it dry for you with dry tires, and it's wet for others with wet tires?

It is dry for me and i can drive on slicks easily, wining pole by >10 secs, while others drive with wets on wets

i have a backup copy of game, so no problem with it

please help me, i copied all of the abu dhabi files of night effects, sky, pfx atmospheric e.t.c. to the bahrain folder but now the sun sets but their is no lighting so its dark, what other file must i copy for lights whwen it gets dark??

the tod.dat and the tod.xml. You can copy it to every track folder if you want to have every race in twilight. It's not rocket science.
