Don't believe the fuel gauge!! Started with fuel for 48laps, ran out on lap 33. Rookie error.
Thanks to all tonight great fun for first outing in V8's.

The race was great, but I mysteriously ran out of fuel even though I should have had at least 10 more laps of fuel. Couldn't refuel in the pits also.

Same for me, I started with fuel for 23 Laps and I run out on 19th

, but till there it was good. Next time I'll calculate it manually.

Yeah the V8's consume a lot more fuel than the set up menu prediction indicates, I learned that during the VSCC

I started with a full tank and was expecting to need to add fuel at the stop. Shame I didn't make it that far

Took a notion to race in these as I've not touched the game in months so checked the club to see if there were any races in the next couple of days then noticed one was starting in 10 minutes

wasn't really prepared so didn't expect to make it very far, fared a bit better than I thought but set up was really dodgy so ended up spinning of on the finally turn and ended up somewhere I don't know where lol enjoy driving these so will join the next time with a bit more practice under my belt

Great race in some really awesome cars! Sorry to hear of so many people having fuel problems. For me it paid off that I calculated a lot of reserve since the menu suggested that the car needed less than 2ltr/laps, but it actually consumed more. I heard that some pirtstops didn't work properly. I did one pitstop with two tires and refueling and it worked.
Anyway, thanks to all participating and @Andrew James for organizing. Hope we can run these cars again soon. Also coming from Assetto Corsa Early Access, it's nice to race in a polished product with pitstops, steady framerate, good netcode etc... This sim is really underrated!
