Cars Audi R8 LMS GT3 v1.7

Is that a sequential shifter? I tried searching for some cockpit pics but every R8 LMS seems to have paddle shifter. Blip on downshift doesn't seem to be necessary so I'm not sure if I should drive this car with paddle shifter or sequential stick.

Have you downloaded the latest version because I don't see the folder in your pic.

Other people have installed the black version so the file must be in the download.

Here is the Black Bosch DDU Display folder which you can download seperately, only 17mb and saves you from having to download the mod again.

The gearbox file is from the stock mod so no settings are available in the upgrades file or in the showroom.
I would assume that both would work but whatever is best for you.

Hey there @ClimaxF1 This mod looks great. Thinking of running some events with it over at AMSUnofficial.net.

I believe the car has DRS enabled. However, in the car series file (Audi_R8.srs) the track filter is as follows:
Track Filter = StockV8

I think this prevents most of the DRS enabled tracks from being available.
I would suggest the following:
Track Filter = *

This would allow any track available to be used. Admittedly this might allow the player to choose some strange combinations but that is up to them

Alternatively maybe use these if you are not happy with the * wildcard:
Track Filter = StockV8 ReizaGP ReizaGP17

But I would strongly encourage the * filter.

To be honest didn't look at that, wasn't thinking of it.

Just was thinking, why do you want DRS tracks available if the car does not have DRS.

Unless I'm mistaken or there are other models out there this one does not feature DRS.

There would be some sort of setting in the hdv for drs which there are none.

Coming back to the track types for this car it's set like any other standard AMS car which StockV8.

If I remember correctly the srs file I took from a different car and just made the edits on top.

I have not found any car files that suggest that suggest that this car has DRS.

It could have being one of my DTM mods where I used the srs file. Have a habit when making new srs files that I use the closest series file that which I know has no conflict with any mods and just make few edits.

There are several models of this car, the 3d model is actually from a totally different mod and I've added bits and pieces from other mods, similar to the Mclaren I did.

If the car could have DRS I would have to every single mod that I used to make this car which is a bit difficult now because I have now deleted them since the last update.

To download all of them again would be a bit of a pain, if I remember correctly the one mod was a few gigs and only the Audi was worth looking or snatching some parts.

I have few skins planned for this mod to replace some of those that came with the one mod which I feel are a bit under par in quality and will add the track options.

As for DRS I don't this this car has any because the are no file that I can see or any additional wing textures.

Hi Guys

I know this car is not relevant to the Audi but one doesn't really get a response on the forums and I thought with all the downloads here more of you guys interested in AMS cars would get to see this.

This car has being converted to AMS by myself, all the usual stuff like shaders, textures, sounds, tires and windows have all being done already.

I've made use of Reiza's Montana's car's hdv file so you get the full benefit of their physics and AI, perfect match for this.

You can just about customize every bit on the car like rims, lights, mirrors, grills and so much more.

Interior is of very high quality with awesome sounds to go with it.

Car has also being upgraded with a turbo, stock, about 345 bhp and with the turbo just under 400 bhp.

If this is something that interests you guys I can make the last adjustments and look at uploading the mod.

Hi there, a noob question. I have a problem with degree of rotation in AMS. Lately I realised it was adjustable in car settings of this(and maybe some other) mod. BTW I'm not sure if it was this one, can't remember exactly. I have a Logitech G920 and as you know its 900 degrees. But at the car settings that is not selectable. I think it was around 270-560 or sth like that. What should I choose?
