I do not really get why they did not go for the Zonda F, since they have several road cars together with their respective race version.

I think their team has been reading the comments about yellowy looking screenshots and made adjustments because the latest raft of screenies have all looked much better balanced on colouring

I take it drivers heads turn with steering or something... I wonder how well these exposed drivers will move around when braking hard or doing a jump etc. I guess the head can wobble and bounce around a bit in replays to give some effect that they are a wobbly human, not a rigid body

I didn't made the actual screenshot so I don't know if that's the case or simply some other issue… but yes it can happen because of this:
