Here, have an off-white skin.

I was pretty lazy making the preview.jpg (it's just the green one photoshopped).

You can extract the folder into \AC_TechPreview\content\cars\lotus_elise_sc\skins , where you should see Racing_Green already. Once it's in the right spot, the colour selection on the screen Hampus posted lights up, and you can choose it.

I think I read somewhere that Aris said the wheel color is baked in and can't be changed..black rims would be sweet too.

The material settings are set to match the texture, if you make the texture black it looks strange cause it's still shiny like it's metal, instead of glossy like black paint. I don't think editing the material is feasible without the proper modding tools, and it might not be skin-specific at all. So it is doable but it looks a bit funny.
