Just to keep your expectations down, that won't be available on the TP.

Modding tools are still under development so it doesn't make sense to release them at this point, because you might need to redo everything again when the final version is out.

This is a disadvantage for you modding enthusiasts I understand. But it is an advantage for us to have such a fast and flexible core. We can literally change big chunks of code in a day or so, if neded, depending on the needs of the development. But keeps us from finalizing modding tools.

Thank you for your understanding and your patience.

Fair enough Aristotelis,
but I have just one question while your here regarding AIW's (sorry everyone for the brief off-topic-ness....), will the AIW tool be done by driving a car around a circuit like the ISI AIW Tool, or will it (& I hope it's this...) be done by dragging it about by hand such as in BTB?

For now we're driving a line... but we're still arguing on this. There's not a final decision yet.

I just bought nkPro (mainly to support guys). I tested demo some (longer) time ago but I wasn't a fan of the open wheelers so I abandoned it. And now I just drove Vintages... and I can't believe how superior nkP is to GTR2 and even Power&Glory 3 (which is still superb mod)...
Well actually now I'm pleased that we'll have to wait few weeks for Tech Prev.
I have time to enjoy nkP! :D:D:D

Is it maybe possible to publish some sort of quick modding manual, like what rF2 did before the first beta came out. Just to get us to known how will things function. Even if you don't have all the details settled, maybe just to teach us the basic structure and how mods will be handled. Hmm?

Yep, some sort of detailed info about how mods will be handled would be great, would be interesting to know things like, in how many parts cars are divided, what materials they can use, texture sizes/quantity, etc.

Hey Aris, will it be possible to save replays or times in the TP?
We at racemore.de would maybe then make a Hotlap-Competition with something to win (something you have given away at gamescom;) ) :)
