What?
I bought my Generic AMD HD6950 2go, 2 years ago at 249€, then free upgrade firmware to HD6970, how can it sells 420$ now ????? that's insane.

I checked in France, the HD6950 is out of stock, and the HD6970 sells 350€ , that's crazy....

Better find a Generic AMD HD6950 on used market.

GPU limited doesn't mean the end. Aslong as they optimize the rendering engine and it scales back well enough you will be fine. But what that does mean is to really see AC at it's best it will take a decent setup.

All i will say is don't expect any big optimizations for the tech and the real demos. But them doing the tech demo will in the end come good as it should bring the optimizations and scaling that guys with lessor GPUS are gonna need for the full release.

GPU limited means that the fps is mainly related to the GPU and you can get away even with quite low CPU

Does NOT mean though that a modern average GPU will be "too little" or AC needs top of the line GPU.

Skip from iracing gives a lot of fun, but he's not quite slow (of course, the slowest of the all iracing S-S cars). Some players have troubles to control and drive fast in powerful vehicles, maybe there is a problem
