Kunos Simulazioni has officially released the 1.1 update along with the long-awaited Dream Pack DLC for Assetto Corsa.

The 1.1 update weights, rather fittingly, 1.1GB, and brings several improvements to one of the most popular simulators around.

The press release lists, most notably, improvements to the graphics department (particularly in terms of optimization and post-processing effects) and to the game's AI.

This is funny, you may not see this kind of details but I as a track builder can saw this on the the first lap so would you like to see more details :)

I can tell you that if two different track builders create totally scratch build tracks there's never that kind of same track sections in both of them. Both of these tracks made by Game Company, ok, let's see how it looks in some modders scratch build track, this place is just after the Karusell. Must check that snoopy's version also...

That's how it is in real world;) That spot made By Kunos is pretty accurate.

Snoopy's Nords is not even close, it's horrible, it's not AC quality...I didn't meant snoopys track but earlier GTR 2 and GTR Evo tracks, there's just the same things but that's just my opinion, this new track looks new but not feel as new...it's so smooth, so similar...so sorry..

But hey AC version it is still VERY GOOD, no problems...

Hummm let me guess... Kunos stole your texture from a track you made in 1999? SUE THEM!!!!!!

Didn't you get my advice... go away for a long time and remain in silence. When you became a normal person, return in peace!

I didn't want to make fun of you but you are starting to be very annoying... What you are saying is totally pointless.... I'm starting to think that you are the one who is making fun of us all.

Im only getting 2 layouts for the nurbs. Is there supposed to be 3?
Don't point to point tracks disappear from the menu if you're on quick race or the like?

While the layout of this track is similar to snoopies I keep getting caught out by how different it is. The road surface is very different, the amount of times I'd come around a corner and have no clue where I am because I was expecting a different layout of road ahead of me is incredible. Some corners are faster, some slower, lots of learning to do.

Read msgs #22 and #35 first and think again what you're asking about, ok! And #17 also...

Thoroughly enjoying the DLC!
First off I need to give props to the modders working on Snoopys nords, while there for sure are differences I'm still amazed over how similar they have managed to come to a laser scanned track without laser scan data! Took me a couple of laps and to adjust to the differences but overall I feel Snoopys version was good training for this track.

As far as cars goes... man, I am enjoying far more of them than I expected!
The beauty and the beast, McLaren P1 and F1, both extremely enjoyable to drive but very different, didn't expect the P1 to be so "easy" to drive!
The Nismo GTR caught me by surprise, a real treat to drive!
Even the Vette was a surprise to me, I do like these type of cars but this thing is glued to the road! Set a 7min 3 sec on my second lap around the track (practice mode, optimum surface and sadly had some wheels off at one point so it was invalid, but didn't gain from that), which makes me ponder the realism factor a bit since afaik only 3 cars has ever done sub 7 min runs and the Vette aint one of them, but at the end of the day I don't care, I'm here to have fun above all and BOY did I have fun!

Yes AC version is way much better than snoopys no question, but if you'll try GTR Evo version it feels the same as AC there's no differences if any, GTR Evo is not yet Laser Scanned???? So????

AC version looks so good, it's Number 1 ever, it's almost real!!! Must try it again LOL

No more about this, thank you Kunos, great job!!!

First, sorry for the OT guys, it will be my last response to him.

Second, Yes Kimmo I did read them before I made my post, that's why I did tell you to go away. Next time think before you say something your imagination produces. I'm trying to give you good advises but you seem to refuse them or didn't understand them.
I though you have learned the lesson from your thread about that stupid (and unfounded) assumption on the Drag "track"...
