Kunos Simulazioni have dropped three new trailers for their upcoming GT4 Pack DLC in Assetto Corsa Competizione - revealing the Audi R8 LMS, Ginetta G55 and Alpine A110 GT4 machines.
  • 3 new GT4 content trailers.
  • Release date July 15th.
  • Live Stream Influencer race July 13th.

The new DLC is set to feature no less than 11 new GT4 specification cars when it hits the simulation this July 15th, and ahead of release day, Kunos continue to whet the appetite of the community with a collection of short teaser reveal trailers for each of the cars.

In the latest trailer drop, we are introduced to the Audi R8 LMS GT4, the Ginetta G55 GT4 and the stunning little Alpine A110 GT4 machines, all set to form the GT4 Pack DLC this July 15th.

Audi R8 LMS GT4

The Audi R8 LMS GT4 is a fast and reliable entry-level GT race car and it is equally popular amongst amateur and gentleman drivers. After two full seasons of racing with customers achieving race victories and titles worldwide, the GT4 race car from the brand with the four rings has been updated for the 2020 season onwards and seamlessly reflects the new look of the R8 family.

Ginetta G55 GT4

The G55 is one of Ginetta’s most popular cars for export. It has a successful track record for performance and reliability as proven in some of the most gruelling races in the world including the VLN Nordschleife 24hr, Gulf 12 Hour, Dubai 24hrs and Pirelli World Challenge. A Ginetta GT4 car has won the British GT4 title seven times in the nine years. In the 24 Hour Series, the car has taken class victory in the Dubai 24 Hours five times in six years and the Mugello 12 Hours three times in three years. In GT Cup, the G55 GT4 has taken an impressive 40 class wins over the past four years. This continued success of the Ginetta G55 only reaffirms its position as the car of choice for GT4 competition.

Alpine A110 GT4

Alpine presented the A110 GT4 at Geneva Motor Show 2018 – the ultimate expression of the A110. Developed by Alpine’s motorsport partner Signatech, the new GT4 racer is the ultimate expression of the A110’s remarkable agility and track-bred performance. Alongside the A110 Cup it becomes the second racing version of the A110. With increased engine power and aerodynamic downforce compared to the A110 Cup, the A110 GT4 will see Alpine return to competition on the racetrack against the world’s most prestigious car makers.

I like what they are doing with ACC and see updates quite a bit with the game. Right now, haven't invested allot of time with the game. Eventually I will start to drive some of the tracks. I got the game when they first started the early release, so it has been well worth the money to see it grow or expand with the new items.

Who's going to be closest on price? Will Kunos price like their older stuff or go the s397 route?
On console, the Season Pass including this GT4 Pack (11 cars) and the British GT Pack (3 tracks) is 25$. Knowing that the Intercontinental GT Pack (4 tracks) costs $15, I think the British GT Pack will cost $10, the GT4 Pack $20 and they apply a $5 discount for the Season Pass.

This pack would be over a hundred dollars in iracing; around sixty dollars in rf2; thirty five to forty five in ams2.....going to predict it will be around twenty dollars in acc although it wouldn't surprise me if they somehow sell it for less than fifteen.
Yeah. I can't fault other studios for charging more according to how they budgeted things and how they expect DLC to sell, it's up to them. But Kunos' pricing strategy has always been more than reasonable and relatively pro-consumer as far as DLC go (and they even lowered AC1 DLC prices from an already low starting point over time). It might also have helped getting AC and ACC into more hands than other sims traditionally would.

No one never had pricing like Kunos, Marco has awesome business sense,

I think because of the amount of cars in the GT4 pack could almost push 20$

but they used to sell 5/6 cars in AC for 5.99
Anything from 13/19.99$ but knowing Marco be 15

I’ll buy it straight away I always support Kunos.

I've always thought that selling more for less would work out better than less for more ;) Say , sell 4000 DLC for $10 ($40,000) compared to 1000 DLC for $30 ($30,000) ! This is where i never understood S397 and their pricing ! They never got as many users into rF2 as Kunos did for AC and i'm sure pricing made a massive impact to that . More people buying DLC means more people are going to be around to buy the next DLC also .

Things are not that simple.
I bought AMS with season pass for something like 50 eur few years ago.
That means all content and dlcs for a quality game.
It was the cheapest of all major sims (rf2 didn't have dlc's at the time) but as we know that didn't make it most selling, far from it.
