This is just perfect, a nice race simulator (not like Forza) with these kind of modding is nothing less than awesome !

In my mind, this is THE year of F1
Racing with Senna and Schumacher and Piquet and Prost and Mansell and Hakkinen

hate to download and install it again
problem was because there's no "helmets" folder into mclaren folder, right ?
and all those three helmet files should be in it ?

Introducing XML Selector and Fondmetal Team

This is our first release/update with the XML Selector, allowing you to simply modify your customized package.

This F1 Season 1991 XML includes 6 different scenarios :
1) The default grid which is pretty close to what you could found for the first 4 races of 1991
2) The 2nd scenario puts the Fondmetal of Olivier Grouillard on the grid instead of the Footwork of Alex Caffi
3) In this 3rd scenario, Michael Schumacher makes his F1 debut in the green Jordan. He replaces Bertrand Gachot...

We are also limited with the game and the number of slots available.
Fortunately the XML selector tool is here and can bring possibilities to bring back on grid backmarkers.
A huge '91 update is on the way...

salve, non capisco perché non vedo la mcLaren mp 4/6.. vedo tutte le altre auto della stagione 91.. (ho già installato i 2 DLC Historical Track Packs Pt1 e Pt2.. Idem cosa con le skin f1 1990.. mi manca ancora qualcosa per farle funzionare Potete aiutarmi grazie e buona giornata.. complimenti per il lavoro che fate.. le skin sono meravigliose?

Sorry for the dumb question. I install mods using the AMS2 Content Manager, so they can be easily replaced when updated. When I do so for the 1991 v2.0 set, when in AMS2 on the car livery selection, it just provides the default set (and no tobacco liveries). Is it possible to select the different versions when installed like this, or do I have to copy the files into the main game folders (which I try to avoid doing, preferring the AMS2CM instead)?

just run the the "F1_Season_1991_XML_Selector.bat" file. Select a scenario by typing the option number of your choice and hit enter.
This .bat file is located in your Automobilista 2 folder

Many thanks. I'd been using the .bat file in the mod folder itself, rather than the one in the main AMS2 folder (which I hadn't realized was there). Great effort with the mod, and v much appreciate your help.
