Hi all, with only 6 signed up and 3 dropouts, I feel there is no option to but to cancel tonight's race. I don't know when AMS2 isn't getting the online participation, considering that when RD post about updates etc it gets dozens and dozens of pages of comments, yet none of these members are signing up to race online. Maybe I just chose a bad combo this week.

My opinion is we need at least 10 drivers minimum for a race, assuming everyone shows up and it isn't a wreck fest on lap 1.

I'll stick up an event for next week, but the writing may be on the wall for these events.

It is kind of shame. I have now done few days raciing with AMS2 and GT cars feels really nice. AMS2 definately deserves more online players and also leagues.

Additional Information

1) When signing up you must post your Steam ID, so that we know who is who.

2) You must ensure that you have read and understood our Racing Club Rules before signing up. Ignorance is no excuse.

3) Do not click the Exit button at the end of qualifying. Just wait for the host to advance the session.

4) You must manually confirm that you are ready before the timer preceding the race ends or you will be automatically DQ'd.

5) If the event uses a two race format, you will be returned to the lobby after race one. Simply head back to the track and there will be a five minute "super-pole" followed by race two.

6) We strongly advise the use of Crew Chief, an app which gives you a spotter during races. This will provide audio cues when cars are alongside, greatly increasing your awareness and reducing the frequency of unnecessary incidents.

Some promising updates on the server that might resolve recent issues:

UI Server Browser: Disabled refresh button during cool-down period; Sort by player count descending is now default; Trimmed leading whitespace from lobby names; first item after refreshing/sorting list is now selected
Slow server list refresh rate and extend maximum timeout. Refresh now typically takes longer but reliably returns more servers to the UI browser page as a result.
