Assetto Corsa Racing Club event
Server is up, qualifying will begin in 45 minutes. Please remember to use your real name in-game and on TS, and remember if you crash someone you need to wait up and give them the position back. Let's race!

Hi ya fellow rev heads;) sorry I didn't make it this morning/night, I paid a price for yesterdays Abarth 500 fun, so the better half has banned me from the rig for the rest of the week :(:(:cry::cry: plus Ive been needing a good sleep, which I got last night:) pity a good sleep doesn't ease the back issue, oh well, I'll keep on trucking:cautious::laugh:.............maybe not:roflmao::roflmao:. Anyway, I'll catch you good fellows for more mayhem, madness and laughs next week;):D might still be ok for the GT3's on Friday night, Saturday morning for us convicts:laugh::D.
Seeya's on the tarmac:thumbsup::thumbsup:

It was a fun little race - thanks for the coaching Bobby and thanks for the nice fights there Michael and Steve.
I had some good fun driving this thing sideways - such a perfect fit of car + track. I wish I had a little track time before though.

It was fun, but getting it around that track cleanly was more challenging than I thought!

It's almost too tight for proper racing
Even though I was just too slow without proper track knowledge I must say - I LOOOOVE this track ;-)

With Michael and for a few moments later with Steve there were some nice fights into the breaking zones - lovely on this track.
I would love it to see club races on this track in the future (perfect track for the Porsche 911 RSR 3.0 or the Ford Escort, of course the Alfa Romeo GTA and any other lightweight, nimble rear wheel drive racer with a manual gear box).

You, by far, had more fun than anyone and it was fantastic to hear. Smiled the entire time listening to you.

Haha ;-)
Going sideways with that Alfa Romeo around the tight bends on cobble stone is just pure joy!
It sure was not the fastest way around track though judging by the blistering fast times you guys posted up there.
It was very interesting to see how two entirely different driving styles impact the lap time so dramatically here.
2-4 sec (!!!) depending on driving for grip in a smooth fashion or yanking the car around those corners in big drift angles - those angles make for big smiles though ;-)
