Some real cool cars, Pinto? guess you gotta start somewhere, lol.
They sold a bunch of em' so there had to be one. LOL. But hey that car was surprisingly very reliable for the time that i had it and it was a 4 spd manual
Have you ever lived in a northern city that salts? To be honest I never understood the attraction of going through so many cars.
LT dog lol. Those drove great, but god were they heavy. 2 gallons to the mile.I regret having to sell the '73 LTD - wish I still had it - had 63,000 original miles when sold in 1996)
Lots of memories there.Sorry @David O'Reilly I misread who posted your your post, that mini is great man. Other than the vdub it seems you have an eye for performance.
1 full winter in the Quad Cities was enough for me thanks.Have you ever lived in a northern city that salts?
I looked at a Tesla, there are always a few on the lot at Texas Direct Auto - but to be honest as quick as it is for a large sedan, the total lack of character put me off.Very cool guys. And what's coming next? Are any of you into Teslas at all?
Interesting lists of cars.

I prefer to buy em and drive em a long time. And I do drive a lot.
Since 1994 there have been only been a 1973 Ford LTD, 1990 Lincoln Continental, 1997 Ford Contour, 1998 Lincoln Towncar, 2000 Lincoln Towncar, 2001 Z06, 2001 Dodge Caravan, 1998 Ford E150 HiTop, 2012 Focus & 2015 Tahoe PPV.
Just sold the Contour last year (100,000 miles), still have the Caravan (168,000 miles), still have the C5 Z06 (110,000 miles), still have the E150 (132,000 miles but then I bought it with 131,500 miles on it 4 years ago - haven't used it much), still have the 2012 Focus (43,000 miles) and the 2015 Tahoe PPV (30,000 miles).
