"503 Backend service unavailable" what's this?

Sorry if this has been already answered, but I keep having this problem to log in and reach the main menu of the sim. I put my email and password, but this error "503 Backend service unavailable" always appear.

I've already changed my password. I can log in into the website, but no in the game.

Continued 503 error's here.Haven't been able to play this game for weeks now.
Is it just me or is it down for everyone else too.
If it is just me is there any fix out there please.
Payed all this money for the content and can't even log in. Very dissapointing.

Game is working for nearly everyone here. You can try verifying the game files in Steam and clear your cache of some user files I remember. This was stated somewhere here or at Sector 3 forums. Maybe I will find it again, will come back to you then.

I have the same problem, the only thing that worked out is to delete all files from
Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\BrowserData\Cache

Maybe this can help you.

you have to go to their forums and say how great their sim is and how great their work is.....weekly ofcourse. that should solve the issue... i'm doing that too, no probs
